I offer one-on-one and small group sessions (online and in-person in Cape Town).  Contact me for a complimentary online conversation . I can tell you more about the modality and see how it can support you. If it feels right, I suggest an initial series of 4 classes. You will learn the basic pandicular movements. These are designed to release contracted muscles and generate greater comfort and ease throughout the body. This will confidently set you up for your own basic home practice. If you would like or need a deeper process to address specific issues, we can go from there. I also bring insights and practices from Pain Reprocessing into our sessions.
