Fly against the wall

A client of mine recently commented that if a few years ago she had been a fly against the wall and witnessed a somatics session, she would have wondered what she was seeing, if much at all! If you are accustomed to exercises that are fast or hard or big, then this approach will take some getting used to. We are working in a subtle, imperceptible way with tiny micro-movements. Less is more in somatic exploration. By making these small movements you are able to sense more and learn more about your own body and support yourself moving from pain towards ease and comfort.
